Payment Notice 

A processing fee applies to credit-card payments. Debit-card payments are exempt. The fee must be identified in checkout before the customer submits payment. 

Shipping 

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before an order is submitted. 

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully processed. 

Delivery estimates begin once an order leaves the fulfillment center. 

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. 

Customers should review the shipping address carefully before completing a purchase. 

Address corrections should be sent to hello@readrachel.com as soon as possible. An address may not be changed after an order has entered the shipping process. 

Orders placed during publication week, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time. 

At this time, online orders are shipped only within the United States. 

Returns, Replacements, and Order Problems 

Because books are printed products, purchases are considered final unless an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Contact hello@readrachel.com within seven days of delivery and include: 

● Name 

● Order number 

● A brief description of the problem 

● Clear photographs of the book and shipping package when damage is involved 

After the issue has been reviewed, Hillbetty Books may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly. Hillbetty Books cannot replace or refund an order because of an incorrect address entered by the purchaser after the package has shipped.

Questions about an order, payment, shipment, replacement, or website purchase may be sent to hello@readrachel.com. Customers should include the order number whenever possible. Rachel or a member of the Hillbetty Books team will respond as soon as possible, usually within a few business days.
